Rooftop Bar

Yesterday night me, Dita, Kushal, and Ingrid went to this pretty cool bar which is literally located at the rooftop of Curtin House on Swanston Street. It's on the seventh floor and unfortunately there was no lift. Well, there was. But it wasn't working. So yes, we had to go up the stairs with our heels and coats, but it was all worth it.



the music was good and the place itself was nice. I liked the bar,but too bad there wasn't too many seats. We found ourselves some seats though and good thing it was at the edge of the rooftop so we got to see a view of the city and the city night lights. it was pretty!



we chit-chat as usual, did some catching up and talked about what all of us are gonna do during the upcoming holidays. Kushal's going back to India, Ingrid's going back to Indo and then go for this trip to Europe with her cousin (lucky bitch ;) ) and Dita's going back to America to help her parents pack, as they're going to shift back to Indo.



And me? Guess what, yes, I am staying here. My family and I decided that it wasn't really a big deal if i didn't go home. I can do lots of things here in Melbourne too. Besides, my cousin, Dea, is coming here so I might take her for a little tour around the city to show how it's like in Melbourne.



What else did we talk about? Oh and as usual we talked about some people we know. And when we were talking like that I was pretty happy to realize that although each one of us are currently really busy with tasks and essays or assignments at Uni, we still manage to find some time to gather like this. Especially with Ingrid since she lives really far away from the three of us now. Unfortunately she left early so we didn't get to take pictures with her. But it was a good night :)
